Abstract: Wikipédia est une encyclopédie communautaire écrite par des bénévoles du monde entier. Elle fonctionne sans dirigeant, ni comité éditorial. Certains pourrait croire que la publication y est possible sans contrainte. Et pourtant, il n’est pas si facile d’y faire figurer certains contenus ; surtout le contenu de l’Afrique et plus particulièrement de la RDC, hélas. Cela paraît contradictoire, n’est-ce pas ? Non. Wikipédia, bien que n’ayant pas de dirigeants ni de comité éditorial, a des règles écrites par la communauté (comme toujours) qu’il faut respecter. Ces règles sont appelées “Principes Fondateurs (PF)”. L’un des PF exige que chaque article (contenu) ajouté dans l’encyclopédie soit accompagné par des sources (au moins 2 sources fiables et vérifiables) secondaires différentes. Mais, vous n’êtes pas sans ignorer que le patrimoine culturel de notre chère Afrique en général; et de notre très cher et beau pays la RD. Congo de Patrice Lumumba en particulier, est plus oral qu’écrit. Voilà la difficulté que nous avons et qui nous empêche d'écrire et/ou d’enrichir les articles en rapport avec la RD. Abstract: Wikipedia is a community encyclopedia written by volunteers around the world. It operates without a leader or editorial committee. Some might believe that publication is possible without constraint. And yet, it is not so easy to include certain contents; especially the content from Africa and more specifically from the DRC, alas. This seems contradictory, doesn't it? No. Wikipedia, although having no leaders or editorial committee, has rules written by the community (as always) that must be respected. These rules are called "Founding Principles (PF)". One of the PF requires that each article (content) added to the encyclopedia be accompanied by sources (at least 2 different reliable and verifiable secondary sources). But, as you are aware, the cultural heritage of our dear Africa in general; and of our very dear and beautiful country, the RD. Congo of Patrice Lumumba in particular, is more oral than written. This is the difficulty we have and which prevents us from writing and/or enriching articles related to the RD. Congo on Wikipedia.			Level of advancement:
