Abstract:
The purpose of this presentation is to inform, activate and educate on the significance of Wikiquote. This initiative is used to discover and value quotations from around the globe. It exemplifies the value of group effort and the eternal importance of language. Wikiquote is not merely a database of quotations. It is a massive collection of human wisdom that documents the ideas, opinions, and thoughts of prominent people throughout history. Wikiquote brings together a tapestry of voices that have shaped our world, from noteworthy philosophers to literary influencers, from visionary leaders to well-loved entertainers. Wikiquote's collaborative nature is what really sets it apart. It stands as a testament to the belief that knowledge is not confined to a select few but instead flourishes when shared and expanded upon by a diverse community. |
