I usually contact Albin a few days ahead when I have some time, and i that suits him, we'll do a session. I make some graphics to use as cover image for the stream in 1920x1080 pixels. Then I usually just copy the details from the last session and set up a new broadcast in Streamyard. Since I have pro account (thanks to WMSE grants) we stream to several destinations, including the Wikipedia Weekly Network. On the day of the stream, I'll go online about 15 minutes before to be ready when the time comes up.

Communication
Creating the events early gives subscribers on Youtube and people in the Facebook group a heads up of the sessions. We usually tweet about it as well. Sometimes we remember to also post a link in the Wikidata telegram group.
