- New created Article Size:
- Rule: 1 point will be awarded for every 100 words (1000 bytes if there is no way to decide on the words ) of net new content added to the article.
- Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 400 words ( 5000 bytes if there is no way to decide on the words ) of net new content (4 points) is required for an article to be eligible for any further points. Articles with less than 400 words ( 5000 bytes if there is no way to decide on the words ) of net new content will not be judged.
- Improved Article Size:
- Rule: 1 point will be awarded for every 100 words (1000 bytes if there is no way to decide on the words) of net new content added to the article.
- Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 300 words ( 4000 bytes if there is no way to decide on the words) of net new content (3 points) is required for an article to be eligible for any further points. Articles with less than 300 words ( 4000 bytes if there is no way to decide on the words ) of net new content will not be judged.
- Points:
- References: 1 point will be awarded for every unique, reliable reference included in the article.
- Images: 1 point will be awarded for every image added to the article.
- Wikidata Items: 1 point will be awarded for every unique Wikidata item added.
- Infobox: 2 points will be awarded for adding a relevant and complete infobox (where applicable) to a new article. Points will be deducted from this category if the infobox is incorrect or incomplete.
