In 2025, following the new approach of the WLW Focus Group, the activity plan will be updated to include:

• Working sessions: To plan the campaign and identify tasks and needs.
• Internal trainings: Closed sessions exclusively for members to prepare for the campaign.
• External trainings: Open sessions for the public to encourage community participation in the campaign.

In preparation for this, the campaign's training team conducted a feedback survey among members to identify their needs in technical, wiki, communication, and management skills.

As part of the new policy, we are introducing bilingual training sessions to foster inclusivity and better support our diverse membership, particularly recognizing the significant presence of Francophone members.

Moderated by Tochi, the meeting opened with an engaging icebreaker that fostered a collaborative atmosphere among participants. The session concluded with a comprehensive summary of the work accomplished to date, highlighting key milestones and progress while setting the stage for the upcoming phases of the campaign.
