Kathmandu is the capital and the largest city of Nepal. The city is situated in Kathmandu Valley that also contains two other cities - Patan and Bhaktapur. Nepali is the main language of the valley and is the most widely spoken language. English is also widely understood. The city stands at an elevation of approximately 1,300 m and is inhabited by about 0.8 million people. Kathmandu is located at 27°23′N, 85°22′E. It is one of the most developed cities in Nepal.

editThe conference venue will be Birendra International Convention Centre(BICC). Birendra International Convention Centre(BICC) has been designed to ensure concentration on the days proceeding with a selection of sound proof halls, a fully staffed reception and massive auditorium which surprises most by its discrete yet powerful presence.
Location: Located at new Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 14m wide road on the way to international Airport.Close to Tribhuvan International Airport in the east (3 km) and the city centre (west) at same distance.
