Reports should follow the template Wikimania 2022/Scholarships/Reporting Template
The report doesn't have to be highly detailed, but it should clarify your application's goals and whether you've managed to meet them, your achieved outcomes, lessons learned, as well as financial reporting. For an example of a good report, check Wikimedia UK's report from 2021.
If you need an extension to the deadline, notify the organizing team in advance via email.
Include information on any remaining unused grant funds in your report’s finances section and your suggestions on ways to use the funds that are approved by WMF. Or return the unused funds following the instructions at Grants:Return unused funds to WMF.
Document expenses appropriately by reviewing the guidelines at Grants:Documenting project expenses. You are not required to send in receipts for any of your current projects as part of your reporting, unless specifically requested by the Wikimedia Foundation in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
