Abstract

In this session I'll share the experiences of more than 5 years partnering with libraries in the Land of Valencia. There are three axies we work with

1- Museum-Library Partnership: Since 2016, we have developed an unique way of partnering with museums using libraries as a doorgate. The model, particulary successful in the Ethnological Museum of Valencia, has been replicated into several other musums.

2- Local library activities: Also since 2016, with the municipal library of L'Eliana, we have developed a library-wikimedian partnership with lots of success among the community members. Wikiproyecto l'Eliana

3- Librarians association partnership: Since 2013, inspired by the previous experiences, Wikimedians have become an agent in the annual celebration of the "writer of the year". Col·legi Oficial de Bibliotecaris i Documentalistes de la Comunitat Valenciana (COBDCV)
