Summary

This year, in partnership with the CEE Spring competition, the Europeana Art History Challenge was held. The largest ever GLAM competition and the first to cross over both Wikidata and Wikipedia - with 30 European countries participating and 40 national and regional languages targeted for improvement.

This presentation will discuss the successes, difficulties and interesting results of this project.

Expected outcomes

Results of this session will include an analysis of 'lessons learned' for: - organising a multi-lingual/national project - the advantages and difficulties arising from Wikidata/Wikipedia crossover projects - statistics and reporting tools - working with GLAMs
