The problem and the context

On september 2022 the association les sans pagEs hired a director to be able to process the amount of additionnal work needed to sustain the growth and maintainance of the project and the user group. Yearly LSP annual reports demonstrating this steady growth of activity are available since 2019.

What is the problem you're trying to solve?

We need to adapt our internal structure to enable our new hired staff to work with the correct office environement

What is your solution to this problem (please explain the context and the solution)?

Invest in office furniture and IT items, as well as a participation to the cost of working from home and the salary for the newly hired staff as quickly as possible to enable them to fundraise efficiently in the next four months.

Project goals

1. buy a portable computer with memory capacity to enable the staff to facilitate editathons and work from home
2. buy a printer to print information for the editathons, reports, accounts, flyers ect.
3. find a co-working environment or settle office environment at home
4. achieve fundraising to finance next years activities and salaries

Project impact

How will you know if you have met your goals?

By the end of December 2022, we will have managed to stabilize the new staff in their function fully empowering them to fundraise succesfully to achieve sustainability of the association for the next year.

Do you have any goals or metrics around participation or content?

No we have goalsin terms of structuring the environment of the new staff, the new board members and the association.
