Mid-term year grant report for Wikimédia France's activities and functionning. These report is quite informal and will be updated during the period with future reports

Functionning

• Planned budget : € 70,700
• Actual spending : € 37,104

This budget includes office rent and charges, equipment, Board meetings and association obligations.

During the period, we realized :

• 2 board meetings
• 2 General assemblies (december 2012 and february 2013)

Francophonie

• Planned budget : € 20,000
• Actual spending : € 10,046

Including : materials (plugs, usb keys, booklets, etc.) and trainings

During the period :

• 1st deployment at Abidjan with 15 attendees
• software development

Education and research

• Planned budget : € 10,000
• Actual spending : €1 520

Including pedagogical material and travel costs for training sessions with PhD students and secondary schools

During the period we organized :

• 5 training workshops for PhD Students and researchers in charge of courses
• 2 trainings for teachers
• attendance at the European Education Exhibition
• continuing Wikimédia France Research Award
• launching of Wikicontest with secondary school students

Rencontres Wikimedia

• Planned budget : € 25 000
• Actual spending : € 22 815

Including rental of meeting room, speakers travel and accomodation, cocktail, materials for communication.

The conference was organized on 15-16th of december.

GLAM

• Planned budget : 10,000€
• Actual spending : 802€

Including costs for conferences and meetings with partnerships

During the period we organized :

• 2 new partnerships with GLAM institutions
• 1 general meeting with all GLAM institutions of Strasbourg
• Organization of the "public domain day" with OKFN : conference and party with speakers and artists who works with Public Domain material (~ 80 people)

Semanticpedia

• Planned budget : 25,500€
• Actual spending : 6981€

During the period we organized the signing of the partnership with Inria and the ministry of culture during a day-conference openned by the Minister herself and with +200 attendees.

Europeana support

• Planned budget : 30,000€
• Actual spending : 30,000€

The budget is our annual participation to the project. We support GLAM-wiki toolset project by a 30,000€ grant / year

Wiki Loves Monuments

• Planned Budget : 10,000€
• Actual spending : 9,878€

Including administrative costs for organizing the contest, prizes, organization of the prizes ceremony and support for WLM in Belgium and Luxembourg

The prize ceremony was organized on 30th of november with support by the national museum of ceramic with 80 people (winners, people from GLAM institutions, wikimedians)

Communication

Including : booklets, rollstands, business cards, postal charges
