    • Upcoming User Group mtg: Wikimedia LGBT/2023-07-12
      • At UG mtg, Dorothy is going to start with a group thinking activity called "Kaleidoscope conversations", where someone starts by asking a question that relates to the work we do in our community, then we go around and each person asks a question based on the previous person's question. There are no answers, only a set of questions generated (10mins).
    • Shall we set recurrent monthly Governance meeting + User Group meeting times? IE 1st Thursday, 3rd Wednesday, etc.

  • Annual grant draft work was delayed when Dorothy had to step back for personal reasons, will still get done. Timeline: July 15th, 1st draft to Governance team, iterative after that.

      • Proposal to put funds for counseling for leadership and community members in the annual grant
