RESOLVED, that Land Bank of the Philippines – Makati Business Center Branch, with business address at the Ground Floor, Robinsons Summit Center, 6783 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1227, shall be the official depositary bank of Wikimedia Philippines, Inc. (WMPH).

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that WMPH shall maintain its accounts with the said bank with the Treasurer AND the President OR Vice President as the signatories to the account. Provided, That the Vice President shall only sign in behalf of the President in case the Vice President was tasked by the President to take such action, or in case the President is unavailable for more than three (3) business days as communicated by the Treasurer.
