Changes to membership fee structure

Coenraad proposed that instead of the current fixed annual or life membership, provide for a voluntary monthly or annual amount. Motivation: cash flow for continuity and administrative support to board outside of annual or project based grants. Allow members to pay for the perceived value. Debit order details to be added to the membership form to reduce administrative burden. After some discussion, and concerns raised by Andy and Bobby, approved unanimously.

Honorary Membership Nominations

Douglas proposed that the class of 2013 Sinenjongo High School students, Sinako Mtakati and Sinombongo Macekiswayo, who proposed Wikipedia Zero in a letter to mobile operators, and who are presenting at Wikimania be awarded honourary WMZA membership. Approved unanimously.
