edit- The ops meeting was joined by SADILAR members, who are part of the organization of the SWIP project. Bobby went over the SWIP project and what it entails, past ops WMZA ops meetings SWIP projects has been mention, trough updates. The Swip project. launched on the 22nd of 2023 at UNISA. It was mentioned that it is a pilot project and see the success of it, thus far 10 universities has been chosen to partner up.
- Volunteers are needed, anyone who wants to volunteer to edit at workshops. 700 rands to be paid per volunteer.
- Individuals need to let the chapter know the universities that they can do workshop at.* Volunss to let know Shupai, dates their available and which universities they can attend to.
- It is encouraged for the Wikipedia volunteers, to attend workshops near their towns, to save , coast, but there is a budget, within consideration.
- This opportunity is open to veteran editors.
- Between SADILAR AND Swip, Sadilar, will be covering all expense.
Training Days, for Wikipedia coaches
edit- Dougals presented the curriculum for the coached who will be trained.
- The curriculum was approved by SADILAR, the curriculum is adaptable for two to three days, also depending on what time capacity the universities allows.
- The trainer trainer, which will be conducted by Douglas, he is ready do train Wikipedians, who are interested, which will start as an orientation.
