January

• January 25: Watch Party for the public domain in the city of Guacara sponsored by the Universidad Tecnológica del Centro. WMVE participated as an external collaborator in the organization of the event.

April

• April 22: Informal meeting of members, online. Topics related to the future of the organization and the expectations that members had about future activities and their development due to the situation of the country were discussed.

May

Flyer WP-20 anniversary global edition

Capture of screen of the editatón global with reason of the 20th anniversary Wikipedia in Spanish, in his band UTC-3.

• August 15th: Online session about "Myths and truths about Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia" in collaboration with the Cultural Center of the Andrés Bello Catholic University
• 2 May: Edit-to-thon global by the 20° anniversary of the free encyclopaedia of Internet: Wikipedia in Spanish.
• 24 May: interview to Oscar Coastal in the frame of the closing of the first edicion of the Project «Visible Culture UCAB», in alliance with the Cultural Centre UCAB and the Centre of Investigation and Humanistic Training (CIFH) of the UCAB.

First Wiki'Kepein edit-a-thon, January 2020

• 5 August: Segundo edit-to-thon Wiki'Kepein, in Paraguaipoa (ZU) in collaboration with the Foundation KARISMA and the Centre ISUR beside Wikimedia Venezuela
• April 25th: Wikipedia virtual editing workshop in Wayuunaiki

Cover of season three of SuenaWiki Reloaded

• 23 September: #SuenaWiki 3.1: Relaunching of SuenaWiki of hands of Wikimedia Small Projects in collaboration with Wikimedia Venezuela.
• 30 September: 2it gives. Informal meeting of partners, on-line. They treated commonplaces related with the organizacion of the IX Assembly of Partners and the preocupacion by the lack of face-to-face activities and the impact to future in our organisation.

October

• 18 October: #SuenaWiki 3.2: «we Speak of Wikiviajes and Wikinoticias!»: We will speak of two projects brothers of Wikipedia: Wikiviajes and Wikinoticias. For this explain again with Galahad, General Coordinator of Wikimedia Small Projects.
• 18 October: #SuenaWiki 3.3: «Human rights and Wikimedia» : In the frame of the veto of the Chinese Popular Republic to the application of the Foundation Wikimedia to be observant of the International Organisation of the for the second time consecutive Copyright, interview to Sofia Marquina, National Coordinator of Operations of Young Network Venezuela.
• 28 October: #SuenaWiki 3.4: «Anniversary of Wikimedia Venezuela»: On 28 October 2011, the Committee of Memberships recognised to Wikimedia Venezuela like official chapter of the Foundation Wikimedia. Ten years afterwards follows working to carry the mission and vision of the movement Wikimedia through the Venezuelan territory. SuenaWiki Has interviewed to three important personalities that donaron his time and will to do all this possible.

Flyer Promotion «Revolved of dishes», social gathering among Wikimedistas

• 13 November: After the experience of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Wikipedia in Spanish arose the proposal to organise with regularity this type of meetings, more focused in the social appearance of the community. In this line posed «Revolved of dishes», a social space of meeting among those people that take part in the projects Wikimedia. In this occasion the conductive thread was the gastronomy and besides had a space of games to know us more, and share curiosities of the universe Wikimedia.
• November 13-14: The IX General Assembly of Wikimedia Venezuela A.C. was held where a new Board of Directors was elected to lead the chapter for the next five years:
  • President: Ybsen M. Lucero
  • Vice-president: Carlos Mora
  • Secretary: Jin Kadaba
  • Treasurer: Lourdes Herrera
  • Spokesperson: Santiago De Viana

• November 16: #SuenaWiki 3.5: ⁇ Allie Awards ⁇: Wikimedia Small Projects recognizes the contribution of each volunteer, which is why it organizes the Allie Awards annually; a virtual award to let them know that their contribution is important. (technical cooperation)
• November 16: #SuenaWiki 3.6: ⁇ Wikimedia in education ⁇: The SuenaWiki team interviews Professor José Ibarra who will give us his perspective on education and Wikimedia projects.
• 16 November: #SuenaWiki 3.7: ⁇ Digital reform bill ⁇: A challenge is presented to the internet world. Patricia Diaz, Executive Director of Wikimedia Chile, talks to us about the bill on digital reform in the Senate of the Republic of Chile and its impact on the internet.

Financial Report

Since 2020 and in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic coupled with the country's economic situation, the chapter has not received any funding. The activities carried out during those years also did not involve expenditure on the chapter. The chapter therefore has no financial statements.
