This is an Impact report for the third quarter (Q3, July through September) on the 2023 APG grant to Shared Knowledge, with special consideration given to the 2023 Annual plan.

Description of activities and learning
editAll these projects and activities are part of the Shared Knowledge's Annual Plan. This section will describe how the activities progressed during the Third quarter.
Education & Science Program
edit1. Professors Mentorship
- Goals met by this activity
According to our metrics this program for the entire year should have at least 15 total participants. Two participants got involved in this quarter. That makes four total participants from Q1 to Q3, that translates to 26.60% of the total participants annual quota is achieved. There were no new participants among these two people in Q3, and the participation is 0 in the period of Q1-Q3. According to our total pages quota, in 2023 at least 40 pages in total should be covered. In Q3, 6 total content pages were gained. As of September, 80 content pages were covered and that is 200% progress.
Community Program

- Goals met by this activity
One competition was held this quarter and was the second 2023 edition (not counting the stand alone CEE Spring 2023 competition). It comprised of eleven total participants, totaling 17 people so far in 2023 (56.6% success; 30 people projected). There were no new participants during the Q3 and the number stays 2 new participants (33%). It resulted with 454 content pages in Q3 which makes the total achieved TCP number of 1140. That is percent success of 135% out of the projected 840 TCP.
3. Editing Days
- Goals met by this activity
In this quarter, the project was participated by eight different users. By gathering the numbers in the all three quarters according to the TP metric, we got participation of 15 people and this metric progressed to 83.3%. There were no new participants in this quarter, just like Q2, and by the old outcome of the Q2 (3 people were new) is stays 100% achievement according to the NP metric. In this quarter, the participants contributed with 430 content pages, totaling 1166 TCP in the period of January to September and that makes 58.3% progress (planned 2,000 TCP).
4. Editing Weekends
- Goals met by this activity
In the 13 editions we had, nine people participated in multiple occasions. The TP progress of the Q1 to Q3 is 17 out of the projected quota of the annual 11 people which is overachievement of 154%. There were no new people in Q3, just like in the previous quarters. The projected NP metrics was 1. The covered TCP in Q3 was 506, totaling 1096 TCP so far in 2023 out of the planned 1,500 (73% progress).
5. Photohunts
- Goals met by this activity
There were 2 photohunts with six total participants in this quarter. The total amount of people throughout the year (January-September) is again six which means 67% has been achieved according to the projections. When it comes to new participants numbers, the planned new participants is 3 whilst we have 2 new people in Q3, overall totaling four people which means a success rate of 133%. The total planned annual content pages is 480, we have covered 255 content pages in Q3, which summed up so far is 455 TCP which means a progress of 94.7%. Also, according to the planned 294 upload images throughout the year, the total 111 uploaded images from Q3 were used, which makes 61.5% progress (181 used January to September period).
6. WikiSketch Lessons
- Goals met by this activity
The project in this quarter had 2 participants involved, totaling a number of 16 participants in the first three quarters. The progress in this TP metrics is 40% (40 participants needed). Nine of them were new, and adding the one new participant from Q3, that makes up 26.3% progress (38 new participants). The TCP metric resulted in 8 total content pages in Q3. The metrics totals 52 TCP in Q1 to Q3 (projected 160, 32,5% progress).
7. WikiTours
- Goals met by this activity
The project was initiated in this quarter with one edition. 3 total participants (planned 15; 20% progress) and no new participants (planned 20). 250 total content pages were covered which makes 250% progress. The projected annual TCP metric is 100. The projected used images metric is 35 and 152 images were able to be used, which means there is a 434% success.
8. WikiStands
- Goals met by this activity
One event made and in was the initial one. There were 9 participants in Q3, which is a result of 27.2% (projected for the year were 33 participants in total). 3 new participants got involved in Q3 and that makes up 10% out of the total projected 30 participants. The projected annual TCP metric is 70 and our results were 32 TCP in Q2 (45.7% progress).

4 participants were involved in this quarter. During the Q1-Q3 period, 4 people were part of it, so the overall TP progress in the nine months is 80% (5 people projected). There were three new participants in Q3, which is the overall number so far (3 projected; 100% progress). TCP which were realized in this quarter are 119, totaling 169 total content pages and that is success of 169% (100 TCP projected).
11. Museums Visits
- Goals met by this activity
The July visit at the Vraništa Church Museum was participated by 2 participants. This is 20% of the total planned (10 participants). There was one new participant which translates to 12.5% (eight people were projected). The covered content pages in this project were 108 TCP (63.5% success; 170 TCP projected). The projected used images metric is 80 and we used 50 images which is 62.5% success.
12. MakSport
- Goals met by this activity
MakSport was participated by 4 participants in the Q3. The end result of the total participants in H1+Q3 is 7. This is 35% of the total planned (20 participants). There was one new participant in this quarter and the progress in this metric progressed to 11.1% (2 new people in January to September; 18 projected). Content pages in this quarter were 268 and the H1+Q3 ended with 358 TCP (44.7% success; 800 TCP projected).
