Editing days

This editing challenge was opened with the topic "Emotions" on October 2. Three people participated and edited nine new articles. Two days later, returning to a literature subject, "Works of Leo Tolstoy" was scheduled and in total 13 articles got created out of four men. The third edition was "World Heritage Sites in Southeast Asia" which was answered by two users who created four articles. The next editing day was themed at transport and was on 11th, named "Metro Systems". This day was attended by three people and they made five new articles and templates. On 16, there was "Archaeological Sites in Skopje Region" which was joined by two Wikipedians who made nine brand new articles and eleven improved ones. Two days later, "Macedonian Folk Songs (l & Lj)" was on and gathered one man who edited two new articles. The 23th day of the month was dedicated for "Castles in Slovenia" and it produced seven new articles out of three men. Two days later, the fine art "Paintings by Francisco de Zurbarán" ED was held and two users created nine articles. The final editing day, on 30th, was titled "Anthems of Countries of Asia" that brought one Wikipedian to produce six newly established articles.

Editing weekends

The first editing weekend (November 6 & 7) covered the topic "Buddhism". That weekend got the attention of one user that made 15 creations of articles. Next was geography themed "Islands" and that weekend attracted five men who contributed with 27 new articles and one improved article. The third weekend this month was about "Ancient Rome" that consisted of two Wikipedians who created sixteen articles. The last EW was comprised of three participants that created 14 new articles at the "Bridges" Editing Day.

Wikiexperiments

Five videos got filmed during a filming session on November 9. The recording videos was about chemistry with the help of now retired professor Vladimir Petruševski and Marina Stojanovska, at the Institute of Chemistry, FNSM, Skopje.

WikiGap Skopje 2021

Traditionally, we held the WikiGap event, partnered with the Swedish Embassy Skopje and the UN Women organization. The goal was to cover articles about women who are environmental activists. Over 20 people were part of the online edit-a-thon, of which the Swedish ambassador, and out of them 14 have edited. They all contributed in creating 41 articles and improving four articles on November 15.

This week-a-thon is a continuation of the Shared Knowledge-Swedish Embassy collaboration, right after the WikiGap edit-a-thon. The people who attended the WikiGap (and others) will have the chance to edit from 16 to 22 November. The competitions ended with 865 new articles and five improved articles out of eight competitors.

Exhibit

On November 22, we organized the exhibit titled "Japan Through Photographs" at the gallery of Cinematheque of Macedonia and Children's Art Center. The exhibit portrayed 30 photographs and paintings that portrayed Japan's culture, history, cuisine, geography and architecture. The number of participants was 25. Several people out of this number were from the Embassy of Japan, with the presence of the Japanese ambassador itself. Also, the president of the Macedonian-Japanese Cooperation was present, as well other guests who are interested in Japan and their culture.

Japan Edit-a-thon

The day later, we held an edit-a-thon themed about Japan related articles. The editing workshop was at the quarters of MladiHub. During the event, he were honored to be visited by the deputy ambassador of Japan and his spouse who were delighted of our engagement about their home country. So, eight people attended the event and out of them, four people participated in creating content about geography and culture of Japan. The outcome was nine new articles.
