The user group have the right to vote, and it is done by ranking the candidates. We need to figure this out during the summer.

How should we decide how to rank our vote?
- Long discussion about how to reach the group and what channels we can/should use, shorter discussion on which options we have.
- Ask the group for input on what process we want to use.
- Action: Ainali will write a message, and we'll figure out where/how to post it.

We missed our in-person deadline, but we can sign up 3 persons as online attending represetentatives to the summit.

Who do we sign up?
- Action: Ask User:Gnom if he still wants to participate, as he indicated he would like to attend remotely in the original sign up.
- Action: Ask the rest of the group if someone would like to attend.

Discussion about more activities that could be used in the editathons.
