Q: How can I prove my proficiency in English?
- A: Please, record the video where you present your motivation to attend the Conference in English. Your ability to express yourself will help the Scholarship Committee to evaluate your language level.
Q: What are the expectations for the 12-month plan following the conference?
- A: We do not expect a detailed plan from applicants. It is important that the applicants have capacities and interest to be actively involved in the events of the Wiki movement.
Q: Should the recommendation letter be written in English or could it be written in the local languages? Is there any template for the letter?

Q: If possible, can we submit recommendation letters from more than one notable Wikimedian?
- A: In the application form you can submit only one document. In case you have multiple recommendations, please, merge them in one document. Please, note, that the recommendation letter must provide contact details of the referee.
