What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The Readers web team is wanting to let mobile contributors know of new features on seven Wikipedias. This banner will notify users of the feature and encourage them to try it out. Arabic, Indonesia, Italian, Japanese, Persian, Spanish, Thai Wikipedias are the target.

Metrics - The opt-in of the feature is being tracked via an EventLogging Schema.
