What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Second round of the successful campaign Wikivšem focusing on utilization of time of Wikipedia editors during extraordinary measures imposed during current COVID-19 epidemic situation in the Czech Republic. Similar to 100 Wikidays, but launched now and valid for an advent period plus a few extra days in November. First round was held mainly in March-April-May 2020 (https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedie:Wikiv%C5%A1em), resulting about 600 new articles. This round plans to attract also newbies.
