Description - This is a banner for Wikimedia CEE Spring 2019 international article contest in ukwiki. Previous years we used SiteNotice, but there will be other banners in spring, and we would like to have them all switched rather than shown together.
Possibility to change wording during the contest (eg. the contest has started → the contest continues → the contest is about to end) would be much appreciated.
