What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - We are calling for speakers for the annual Wikimedia Conference in the Netherlands. We are targeting logged-in users in the Wikimedia community in order to reach experienced Wikimedians with our call for speakers. We are consulting with Ciell on this banner, the banner period will be cut into two parts, early August and late August is our request (you can also see this via the link to the banner itself). It is about 1 time 5 days and 1 time 3 days.

Wil je spreken tijdens de conferentie? Stuur een voorstel in!!") so I did slim it down a bit. Please preview the banner here.
