What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - This is a promotional banner for a contest on Czech Wikipedia (cs.wikipedia.org). The seventh iteration of this contest (1st: 2018, 2nd: 2019, 3rd: 2020, 4th: 2021, 5th: 2022, 6th: 2023) will be taking place in January 2024 and February 2024. The goal of the contest is to write new articles about cultural monuments. The banner timespan is coordinated with WM CZ.

@Aktron: You've still linked the 2023 banner version, but I could find the 2024 one. ;D Therefore, I've created the campaign and banner (I've cloned the 2023 version and updated it accordingly).
