What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?
editDescription - Wikimedia Deutschland plans a community survey that targets registered users. Having gained experiences from previous, smaller surveys in 2020 and 2021, this is going to be a standard survey to be repeated once in a while. Wikimedia Deutschland has contacted Wikimedia Foundation on that and received feedback on process and questions.
