Description - From March 12 to 30, 2025, the Ukrainian Wikipedia will host a marathon "(Un)known Women in Wikipedia.Artists", aimed at improving and creating articles about outstanding women artists. The goal of this marathon is to highlight the achievements of women in various fields and demonstrate their significant contribution to the history and culture of the world.

Metrics - 200 articles created, 30 participants

Hi @Olena Vinsent, Ukraine has been getting a lot of banners recently. Currently, both the Wiki Loves Ramadan and the Wiki Loves Folklore banners are running on your project, this would be the third one to run at the same time, and also the global Wikimania call for program proposals will start a second run at the end of the month. Are you sure we are not upsetting your community with all these banners, do you have a link to the discussions with the community members for me? Per the CentralNotice/Usage guidelines you'll need to obtain consent (or at least: propose without objections) from the community. Also I would like to call your attention to "We recommend that affiliates or Wikimedia Foundation teams that run more than 2 banners a year, have a CentralNotice admin on staff for organizational requirements.": when affiliates, communities or unaffiliated organizers request more than 2 campaigns per year, we welcome if they apply for CN adminship themselves. :) Ciell (talk) 10:02, 16 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
