What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Wikipedia Asian Month is a well established international contest. It's been present on Czech Wikipedia since 2018 (2018, 2019, 2020 and then again in 2022), 2023 will be its fifth year. This banner request is corresponding to the Central Notice Calendar. Note that there will an another campaign running at the same time (Wikiproject: Czechoslovakia), we wish to set this banner to less impressions.

  Ugh, for some reason there is 2022 instead of 2023 in the landing page. It was ok in the preview though. I would like to ask for fixing it.--Aktron (talk) 16:05, 1 November 2023 (UTC)

  Well, as I found some minutes ago, the banner can see anonymous users, but for somehow reason the banner is not shown to logged users. :-( Is it possible to fix it as well? Thank you very much.KKDAII (talk) 16:14, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
