العربية: يلعب البخور دورًا هامًا في الحياة الفيتنامية، حيث يُعد بمثابة جسر مقدس لربط الحياة المرئية للبشر وعالم السماء والأرض والآلهة. التقطت الصورة في قرية كوانغ فو كاو، على مشارف هانوي في الفيتنام. في هذه الصورة، توضع أعواد البخور حتى تجف، وذلك بعد غمسها في محلول البخور.
Deutsch: Weihrauch spielt im Leben der Vietnamesen eine wichtige Rolle. Es gilt als heilige Brücke, die das sichtbare Leben der Menschen mit der Welt des Himmels, der Erde und der Götter verbindet. Das Foto wurde im Dorf Quang Phu Cau am Rande von Hanoi, Vietnam, aufgenommen. Auf diesem Bild werden die Räucherstäbchen zum Trocknen aufgestellt, nachdem sie in die Räucherlösung getaucht wurden.
English: Incense plays an important role in Vietnamese life. It is considered as a sacred bridge to connect the visible life of human beings and the world of heaven, earth, and gods. Photo taken in Quang Phu Cau village, on the outskirts of Hanoi, Vietnam. In this picture, incense sticks are being set out to dry, after being dipped in the incense solution.
