Project idea

edit

What is the problem you're trying to solve?

edit
  • Libraries think online content is low quality
  • Librarians can have a negative view of Wikipedia
  • Libraries need to evolve to stay relevant and funded

What is your solution?

edit
  • Run an event at a library and then use it as a proof / edit-a-thon / edit at a library
  • Challenge for Wikimedians to find rare books in libraries, and use the occasion to approach librarians and highlight differences between using internet and library
  • Invite librarians to Wikimedian events and organize events for them (outreach to them, show appreciation)
