1対1のマッチング：生配信でのティータイム
1対1のお茶飲みタイムは仲間の皆さんとの結びつきを強めて相互に学んだり共有する好機です。一連のつながりは次の2つの方法で実施します。1. 作業グループ主導型。グループがつながりを見つけるたび、メールで提案します。メールを常にチェックしてつながりの連絡を受信したかどうかを確認、指定された期間内に必ず返信してチャンスを実現してください。2. もっと優れた方法！ 参加者自身が誰かとつながりたいと申し出るパターンです。良さそうですね、具体的な流れは？
ステップ1：技能の索引を開き、皆さんが教えてもらいたい技能を共有希望の人、あるいは皆さんが共有できる技能を学習希望の人を探しましょう。
ステップ 2：この人物と繋がるリクエストは「この人と共有したいのでつないで」または「この人から教わりたいのでつないで」のどちらかのボタンを押してください。
ステップ 3：ここで加入用のフォームに画面は遷移し、皆さんの関心分野とニーズを書き込んでもらいます。これは重要な情報ですので、「コネクトしよう作業グループ」 Let's Connect Working Group より、初回の出会いで会合をどう主催すれば良いか、また参加者が期待することを実現する方法を希望者に指導します！ 😁
