Your draft implementation plan document should address the following questions clearly:
- What movement strategy initiative or goal are you addressing?
- 34 Skills development infrastructure
- What activities will you be doing to address that initiative?
- What do you expect will happen as a result of your activities? How do those outcomes address the movement strategy initiative?
- How will you measure or evaluate your activities? What tools or methods will you use to evaluate your activities?
To create a draft implementation plan, we recommend the use of a logic model, which will help you and your team think about goals, activities, outcomes, and other factors in an organized way. Please refer the following resources to develop a logic model:

- Deoband Community Wikimedia/Leadership Development and Skills Infrastructure Plan/Draft. A larger and revised plan is being developed at DCW/LDSI.
What Movement Strategy initiative is this draft plan supporting?
What activities have you completed to produce this draft plan?
- In-person conversations with students and Wikimedians during events at conferences such as Wikimania Singapore, Train The Trainer 2023 Kochi, WikiWomenCamp 2023 in New Delhi, and other subsequent events at Sister Nivedita University and Celica Group in Kolkata. Conversations with students at Aligarh Muslim University and the Jamia Millia Islamia.
- We specifically organised the September 2023 Conversation Hour to aid us with this plan.
- Wiki Club Jamia was established on 29 October 2023 as a part of this program.
- Two special surveys were conducted. One targeted at Indian students and teachers, and the other at Wikimedians.
- Event:WCJ Exploring Wikimedia projects
- Heritage Lens initiated also developed as a part of this program.
