Hello Nirmal Dulal, thank you for providing updates to your budget. Unfortunately, t-shirts for every participant is not something we allow in grants as they tend to be high cost item. In this case it looks like both items you have, certificates and t-shirts, are for all participants and are almost equally expense. You could keep the certificates as is and provide t-shirts for those who do an exceptional job contributing or contributing a lot. If so you can reduce the number of t-shirts to 5. Or you can remove the t-shirt line item all together. Please let me know how you would like to proceed and I could move on to next steps.
