Explain your plan

edit

Tell us about how you contribute currently, and how you would contribute if WMF were to gift a used laptop to you. I am an active contributor to Wikimedia projects since 2005 (more 50.000 edit), administrator and bureaucrat on Ukrainian Wikipedia. I am also organizer or manager of the pages of Ukrainian Wikipedia in social media: Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and VK (total number of subscribers more than 500.000). Currently, I changed my place of residence because of the war in Ukraine and my computer is out of date.

  1. Yakudza is a veteran Ukrainian Wikipedians and is one of the most experienced Ukrainian Wikipedia administrator and ArbCom member, also active and rather successful in promoting Wikimedia projects in social media. He is an IDP since the outbreak of war in Ukraine, and I think he is a good person to get a WMF laptop in case he needs one — NickK (talk) 21:41, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  2. One of the most trusted and highly appreciated member of Ukrainian Wikipedia community. — Alex Khimich (talk) 06:03, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  3. No doubts. He really needs it. In fact he has to use a mobile device now, because he doesn't have any other options. It cannot be very convinient for long edits at all. He's a wiki-bureaucrat and a member of the Ukrainian Arbitration Committee. I hope if he obtains a laptop it will improve the situation in the Ukrainian Wikipedia significantly. --TimeWaitsForNobody (talk) 09:47, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  4. Per above. --ReAl (talk) 10:25, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  5. No doubts. Yakudza really needs it. --Бучач-Львів (talk) 11:03, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
