At the moment it's the only place trying to explain what this right does, cf. mw:Manual_talk:User_rights#Project:OAuth_administrators. The bug fix linked on Tech#OAuth_administrators has to be reviewed and deployed, so yes, I think the page should exist for now (2014), maybe somebody on mw: wants to import it later from here. I've approved a request

WAKT Application for public art in Sweden

Hi all, We are a group of Students that have developed a website that would need the ability to change the wikis about public art in Sweden via OAuth. The website is developed after a request of Wikimedia Sverige for one of our school projects. Can you please approve it?
