Compatibility with Accessibility Guidelines
Improving the User Experience of the Wikimedia platform involves following Accessibility Guidelines. Those guidelines are mainly about making the platform more accessible to people with disabilities. They are also about improving other kinds of accessibility, like those without certain devices (for example: no computer mouse), users who only browse text and the color-blind.
Support compliance with the most advanced accessibility guidelines using free and open-source software (WCAG for web, W3C mobile web best practices, etc.).
