Continuous experimentation, technology, and partnerships for content, formats, and devices
コンテンツや形式、情報媒体のための継続的な実験、技術、協力は、 フリーな知識への勧告で革新を起こすという3つのイニシアチブ（あるいは成果）のうちのひとつです。新たな発明は1度で終わらせず、フリーな知識を共有するための新しい方法が常に探られ、試されるという継続的な過程がウィキメディア運動のなかで広く行われるようにすることです。 これには新しいコンテンツの形式（たとえば文字の代わりに音声）、新しい種類(抽象ウィキペディア)、新しい情報媒体（ 箱の中のインターネット）などが含まれます。
- フリーな知識のコンテンツをさまざまな形で表現し、アクセス可能にするために、必要な技術を作ります。私たちのプロジェクトを使用したり 貢献するにあたり、より多様な方法を成育します（たとえば、文字、音声、視覚、ビデオ、地理空間情報など）。
- ほかのデータや知識の拠点から私たちのプロジェクトへのコンテンツの持ち込みを促進するためにツールや協力関係を構築します。
