- Partners respond positively to the new structure of the guidelines and appreciate efforts towards simplification and improved user experience
- In addition to ProLitteris, partners suggested to address also SSA, Société Suisse des Auteurs

Decisions and next phases
edit- Next online meeting November 16, at 11am to collect feedback on guidelines and training from those who could not come to Mendrisio and answer questions and clarifications about the financial report
- Partners to send their 2022 financial report by the end of December
- Research team to finalise the guidelines
- Research team to finalise the training offer (webinars) for 2023 and upload it on the website
- HSLU to check their plan for the Open Access Week 2024 for a potential meeting in person
