Public outreach/Academy/RfC/Long-term watchlist
A drawback of the current watchlist system is that it displays only the latest change. Unfortunately, this approach leaves open the possibility of a slow, gradual decline in the quality of an article.
Idea: implement a tool that ranks articles in the watchlist by how much they've changed (in bytes) since they were last edited by the user. Such a tool might give the participants more confidence that they'll catch systematic degradation in the articles they edit.
Watchlist vandalism checker
editA concern of the participants will be whether their articles will be vandalized.
Idea for client-side script: allow users to define their own criteria to check whether articles on their watchlist have been vandalized.
Another idea for client-side script: Use the history to determine how often a page is vandalized, edit-warred, tagged as controversial, etc.
