  • Hi AntonierCH - I'm not sure what you are asking. There is currently no way to be notified of new DMCAs on the Foundation wiki (the files are just uploaded, there is no page that is updated there). I would recommend instead that you watchlist c:Commons:Office actions/DMCA notices which is watchlist-able. Does that make sense? (If you still want an account I can create one anyway.) I am also interested in other DMCAs than Commons and a good way to get notified by this is to add the DMCA category from the WMF-wiki to the watchlist and set in the preferences to get an email everytime the watchlist has a new element (Email me when a page or a file on my watchlist is changed). While I see news about major projects and events all across the world, WikiIndaba has no presence, same for projects like Wiki Loves Africa. I've also seen some nice write ups about issues affecting Wikimedia in different parts of the world and progress being made, Africa is scarcely represented. I haven't seen one about Nigeria. So, is that the point you're making? If yes, kindly summarize to me, the purpose of the Foundation Wiki, that's inclusive of the African community.           • Hello Jamie Tubers - I think there's a little misunderstanding here. The Wikimedia Foundation wiki is a separate wiki which is exclusively for content about the Wikimedia Foundation. Community events and news are documented here on Meta-Wiki. See for example Wikimedia User Group Nigeria - all of its goings-on are documented here. Does that make sense?
