WMF staff accounts

Would you know who took over ERoss' role in deactivating staff accounts after July 2023 (Special:Log/ERoss_(WMF))? I noticed that you occasionally grant staff members advanced user rights.

I think the account list should be reviewed periodically, ideally starting with users with advanced permissions.

Also, when staff at WMF is leaving, the list should be checked and accounts deactivated.

Translation of the Training Libraries interface on the Outreach Dashboard

Hi @JSutherland (WMF),

I'm trying to translate the interface of the Training Libraries on the Outreach Dashboard. I have found the pages to translate for the trainings, but I don't understand how to translate pages like this on with this source code.

Can you help me with this? How should I proceed?
