In the following section, we are going to ask you some questions about your mobile phone ownership and subscriptions, as well as look into your overall mobile habits.

  • A1. A smartphone provides a QWERTY (full keypad) or a touchscreen interface, interactive games and applications (e.g. social networking), and Internet on-the-go (e.g. full browsing experience, news, email).
    A feature phone is not as advanced as a smartphone and provides voice calling, text messaging and occasionally Internet access. They cannot “sync” with computers or allow for multi-tasking.
