Notice of NDA signature removal
At this time, the Wikimedia Foundation is not able to grant User:Alex_shih access to non-public information or tools that may be used to access non-public information, as described in our privacy-related policies. Submissions for NDA signature by User:Alex_shih will not be considered for a period of two years. After this period has elapsed, he will be free to submit for an NDA signature for consideration. I've signed the confidentiality statement....
