Global locks should not be performed if second block is dubious or likely challenged.
User:Cromium locked User:Mailzzang+aus because he was indefinite blocked on multiple individual wikis, but block in KoWP is dubious. However, there is no global locks rules about dubious second block. Global locks Reasons to request a global lock regulated that, As a general rule, global locks happen almost always in clear-cut situations. However, some user ignores this regulation. In current practice, any other user can be locked by dubious second block and unfairly forfeited appealing right. We should revise regulations. FreeHKWP (talk) 07:35, 21 January 2022 (UTC)
