通用行為準則協調委員會 (英文簡稱為：U4C) 在《通用行為準則》執行規範中被描述為：
一個與其他高層決策體（例如仲裁委員會和自治體委員會）成為對等機構的委員會。此委員會的目的是成為本地團體系統性失敗而未能執行《通用行為準則》時的最終解決方式。運動行為準則協調委員會的成員組成應當反映我們全域社群的全球性和多樣性構成。
通用行為準則協調委員會負責組織《通用行為準則》及其執行規範的年度的審查。
