About me
I was born in Hamburg, grew up in Sharjah, Puerto Rico and various German cities, studied social sciences (B.A.) in Oldenburg and political science (M.A.) in Berlin, worked for Amnesty International as campaigns coordinator and started working for Wikimedia Deutschland in 2013. I play various musical instruments (guitar, drums, bass), love photography and have two sons.
My work
I am project manager in the Team "Education, Science & Culture" at Wikimedia Deutschland e.V., the German chapter of Wikimedia. Since 2016, I am in charge of the Open Science Fellows Program and other activities focusing on open science and open scholarship. This user account is used exclusively for edits in my role as a Wikimedia employee.
