About me

While I have served in many technology-related roles ranging from software design and development to technical team management, I have spent a lot of time growing my leadership skills and as a result have developed a passion for improving organizational life. I strive to apply a combination of servant leadership practices for supporting and facilitating people and culture, and Agile practices for supporting and facilitating work and collaboration. These are what guide me in my work at the Wikimedia Foundation, which I joined in October 2016.

My work

I am Vice President of Engineering in the Technology Department. I previously served as interim CTO from Jan-Sep 2019, and prior to that supported the Search Platform and Fundraising Tech teams in planning and achieving their goals around content search and discovery and fundraising software development respectively.
