About me
I am fluent in English, Arabic, and Greek due to an upbringing that spanned Jordan, Cyprus, and the United States. When I’m not working, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with global cuisine or in front of the television watching my favorite football team, Arsenal F.C.
My work
I am the Lead Partnerships Manager for the Middle East and Africa at The Wikimedia Foundation, based out of Amman, Jordan. I work on building partnerships with mobile operators, non-profit organizations, governments, educational institutions, and the private sector. These partnerships range from expanding Wikimedia’s awareness, access, and reach along with exploring ways to grow local languages on Wikipedia.
Before joining WMF, I held business development roles across a range of industries—from mobile tech to international trade—in the United States, Middle East, and Africa. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from San Jose State University in California.
