About me

I joined the Wikimedia Foundation in June 2020 to work on the Wikimedia Enterprise project. Previous stints include time working with the US federal government as part of the Obama administration's 18F team, where I launched the 10x program and helped stand up the Technology Modernization Fund; Code for America; and a couple of my own startups, back in the day — one of which, Get Satisfaction, has a page that really needs updating. I live in Austin, Texas, with my wife and seven-year-old daughter.

My work

My background is in design and product development, but these days I primarily work in business development and financial management, because I like taking money from places that can afford to part with it and giving it to individuals and organizations who can put it to better use.
