Hi I'm Leo, If you are interested in my background, I'm easily searchable on the internet. Here are the CliffsNotes™: I was born and raised in Costa Rica, I speak Spanish and English, and I will dabble with some other languages very poorly.
I love reading, I have a passion for making things that taste good, and I have been known for the nerdy pop reference. I also make my bed every morning. I work on internet stuff on computery things for Wikimedia, managing a group of wonderful humans.
Personality quirks
To err is human and I am very human. Here are a few things that you should know about me:
- I am easily excitable, so it does not take much for me to think something is "really cool" and immediately want to jump in.
- I like to talk, especially when I'm happy or nervous. I'm very aware of this. I enjoy talking with others, it's my thing.
- English is not my first language, but I hide it reasonably well. Subtext and subtle nuances of language cues may elude me. Please forgive me if I ask for clarification.
- Explicit is better than implicit, and simple is better than complex.
